My weight loss support is the antithesis of the diet industry and culture. Through my wellness and nutrition services, there will be an emphasis on educating you so you feel empowered and excited by the process. I want to provide you with a tool box of your own so you can forget ‘yo-yo’ dieting and feel fully equipped to manage your weight for life.
I am an evidence based MNU certified nutritionist. My qualification was obtained via the Mac Nutrition Collective and is widely regarded to be the best in the industry. All of my wellness and nutrition services support is available online – consultations will take place using Zoom and follow up support will be via email or WhatsApp. If you are based in Shropshire and would prefer a face-to-face consultation please contact me to discuss this.
For athletes, I can help you understand how best to fuel your sessions and how to recover well. If you are an endurance athlete I can teach you how to adjust your carbohydrate intake in order to make you more metabolically flexible and able to use fat as fuel at high intensity.
If you are suffering from IBS, PCOS or Type II Diabetes, I can offer advice and support. I can also advise on nutrition for the ageing population and how diet can improve symptoms and onset of sarcopenia.
Food Diary Analysis
I will ask you to complete a detailed food diary for 3-5 days and provide you with an analysis of changes you could make to help support your goals.

Consultation and Personalised Plan
This process will include asking you to complete a detailed pre-consultation form and a food diary for 3-5 days. This is followed by a consultation via Zoom (approx. 1 hour).
I will then provide you with a personalised nutrition plan and will check in with you weekly via email for 4 weeks to make sure that you are comfortable with the plan, that hunger levels are manageable, sessions feel well fuelled etc.
